New 2021 Nissan Armada – Release Date and Review

Major upgrades have been integrated into the all-new 2021 Nissan Armada including a new 5.6L V8 engine that Nissan says is capable of churning out a whopping 390 horsepower and 401 lbs. ft. of torque. With this kind of output, there is no doubt that the Armada is powerful and efficient. The Nissan Armada release date should be expected during the summer of 2021 year on the markets in the USA and Canada.

Another notable Nissan Armada spec is its impressive 8,500 pounds of towing capacity. Other highlights for the 2021 model include a sophisticated all-mode 4WD system, lots of interior space and flexibility, a boatload of advanced safety features, fuel efficiency, and a standard navigation system.

Judging from the previous Armada which posted fuel economy ratings of 13/19/16 mpg in the city/highway/combined, the 2021 model should be expected to post better gas mileage thanks to the fuel saving measures the new vehicle employs. Advanced safety features have been provided with the Armada including an Intelligent Cruise Control, backup collision intervention, blind-spot warning and intervention, emergency braking, lane departure warning, predictive forward collision warning, front and rear parking sensors, and a 360-degree camera.

It is still based on the original model’s body-on-frame platform as opposed to the sedan-like unibody construction. Nissan says the new model’s stiffness has been improved by about 20% and this has helped it enhance both handling and ride qualities.

The 2021 Nissan Armada interior has been souped-up and now features premium amenities such as an eight-inch infotainment monitor, heated front leather seats, wood trim, heated and cooled front seats, a rear infotainment system, metallic accents, a heated steering wheel, heated second-row seating, and a 13-speaker Bose audio system.
