2017 Mercedes-AMG C 43 4Matic Cabriolet Exterior
The exterior design of the 2017 Mercedes-AMG C 43 4Matic Cabriolet matches many of the exterior design parts with the C43 Coupe version. The front fascia is going to be completely carried over and will add distinctive corner vents and a mesh-filled air dam. The side of the car has the light-alloy wheels and a finish which is accented by a chrome trim that goes around the waistline of the car. The front fenders have some “BITURBO-4MATIC” badges added to indicate the model.
The back end of the car has more changes which are incorporated in order to match the model’s drop top. This makes the deck lid significantly shorter than the one used before which manages to accommodate the door and storage space for the car. The cargo bay will be cut down unfortunately, but that was expected to happen when cutting down to a cabrio. Outside of the declid area, the rear end is mostly the same and does not suffer any other changes. the rear fascia has the same corner vents and the grey-colored rear diffuser which accents the chrome exhausts.
Generally speaking, the designers wanted to keep the convertible as sporty as its coupe version, and they did a stellar job with it. They have also added an optional “Night” package option, which brings all sorts of added features.
