At first this was something of a disappointment for the fans, but the new look which pronounces dash-to-axle ratio and has a short front overhang actually emphasizes the luxury-car proportions that the car now has and its rear-wheel drive as well.
The front part of the vehicle is very nice looking and actually it appears as if it has been chiseled from a solid block. The vertical headlights frame the new grille design which is similar looking as the ones seen in the CTS and ATS designs. The sides are more generic looking and its new shape will actually provide better comfort on the inside and add some additional spacing. The rear is a typical Cadillac that you can see from many of the vehicles in their production line. The angular style is very clean and there are no additional lines that may disturb this look.
The inside is where the 2016 Cadillac CT6 makes a more distinguishing mark and uses some lines and characteristics which are going to be trademark for itself. The center console also uses a 0.2-inch capacitive touchscreen display. There is even a smaller touchpad on the arm rest that you can also use if it is easer for you that way. Also some highly advanced gadgets are put inside with the 360-degree camera view around the vehicle or a night vision system.

This engine uses cylinder deactivation technology and with the smaller overall weight of the car can provide wonderful specs and performances for the CT6 car. It is also paired with a light-speed automatic transmission as well.
There is the second option which means using the 2.0-liter, four-cylinder and a 3.6-liter V-6 engine. It pairs with a all-wheel-drive system and a continuously variable clutch that delivers power to the front wheels. A special kind of a feature for this engine is the use of Magnetic Ride Control and Active Rear Steer, which is used for the first time in a Cadillac vehicle.
